Back again!

An audience favorite! Two funny and talented performers challenge each other to play songs requested by the audience. You choose the playlist! It's a rollicking good time for all, and this time ALL tips for the performers will benefit the Franklin Opera House's renovation. This show at the Elks Lodge will have a cash bar available.

Spooky fun

October 27 and 28, 7:00 pm.
Reserved table seating includes appetizers, dessert,
and non-alcoholic beverage. Cash Bar available.

Take a walk on the spooky side when Franklin Opera House and Franklin Footlight Theatre present Polter-Heist, an audience participation murder mystery. The action takes place at The Mouldering Pines Inn, where the Bogeyman Outreach Organization (BOO), a support group for ghosts, is holding its annual convention. As BOO members, you’ll observe a séance, meet the Inn's ghoul-in-residence, and learn dark secrets about every cast member. Someone will be ruthlessly murdered at the end of the show, and it’s up to you to solve the crime! Prizes will be awarded to the first people to correctly guess both the murderer and the motive.

Premium folk music

Saturday, November 18 at 7:30 pm.
Limited Seating

Liz and Dan Faiella bring to life the traditional music of their roots, with crisp vocals, mesmerizing fingerstyle guitar, lyrical fiddling, and exhilarating rhythmic drive. Their music calls to mind the convivial grange hall contradances of their youth in New Hampshire, while conveying a wistfulness for their ancestral Ireland.

Their debut album, At Long Last (2018), explores heartache, wonder, and joy, expressed through the traditional music they love.

"Franklin Opera House is a gem in downtown Franklin NH offering various shows and events at very reasonable cost and the venue is cozy and every seat is a winner. Have visited several times to enjoy music, plays and comedy. "
